I have to say Jamie Oliver’s latest book, VEG, deserves a place on most people’s bookshelves. Last night’s supper was this very speedy Mushroom Stroganoff. We all need to eat more plants and less meat/diary as it’s better for our health as well as the environment. It was DELICIOUS and we merely adapted the recipe to suit what we had in the larder ie brandy instead of whisky. I also added some grain mustard to the sauce. Serve with whatever you like, we had brown rice and salad on the side. YUM.
